What happens at an assessment centre?
You will be required to complete short exercises in teams and attend an interview. They are designed to help us select the right people for the business, and should also be enjoyable for you too!

What is the dress code?
Within certain roles you are required to wear a uniform (e.g. food and beverage or retail). We operate a fairly flexible policy on dress code in all non-uniform areas. In some roles you may even get the chance to wear a costume!
What will my shifts be?
Shifts vary according to the position and department. These will be agreed at the recruitment stage.
Is it a very formal environment to work in?
How can we be when it's our mission to provide fun? We firmly believe that if you enjoy your time working here our customers are much more likely to have an enjoyable time too! Without a doubt the roles can be very hard and demanding - it takes a special kind of person to be as friendly and positive at the end of the day as they are at the beginning! Our teams of staff are welcoming, committed, and believe in supporting each other to get the job done. Remember there'll be plenty of people in the same boat as you!
Additionally, all of our managers operate an open door policy, so there's always someone to talk to if you need to!

All attractions have their own social clubs and hold social events throughout the year. After work drinks are also popular!
Will I get free tickets?
Yes! Staff are issued with a pass enabling them, their friends and family to experience many of our fabulous attractions and theme parks.
